The Japan Academy has recently awarded the 2007 Japan Academy Medal to Associate Professor Takahiro Kondo (Graduate School of Education and Human Development), for his research, “Comparative study on history education policies as factors of international relations”.
The purpose of this award is to give formal recognition to outstanding young researchers, while encouraging them in their future work.
Awardees are selected from among the annual recipients of the JSPS Prize administered by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
