分野

マイクロ・ナノ・ロボットシステムの観点からナノマニピュレーションシステムに基づき、ナノ・マシニング、ナノ計測、ナノアセンブリ等の分野の基礎研究を行い、ナノ人工構造物やナノ・センサーアクチュエータやナノバイオシステム、ナノ細胞システム、ナノ制御システム等へ応用研究を推進する。
