Field of Research

Based on the micro- and nano-manipulation system, from the view-point of micro-nanorobotic system, I will make basic research works on nanomaching, nano instrumentation and control, and nano assembly system, and subsequently perform application works on nano artificial structure, nano sensor and actuator, nano bio-cell system, nano control system and others for electro-machining industry and bio-medical industry.
