For attending the Waseda workshop, we will provide you with a shinkansen train ticket. You are free to go to Tokyo anytime on March 13 with that ticket. Before taking the shinkansen, please bring the ticket to the JR ticket office and make a seat reservation. If you skip the seat reservation, your ticket is only valid as a non seat reservation ticket. In that case, please take non seat reservation cars number one, two or three.
Local people (Dr. Cai and Nishizawa) will organize group trips to Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. If you would like to join please come to a lobby of ANA CROWNE PLAZA.
group 1) We will depart 9:00 AM at ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL and arrive approximately at 12:00. Dr. Cai will lead the party. He will also assist to purchase the ticket. If you wish to join, please come to the hotel lobby before 9:00 AM.
group 2) We will depart 11:00 AM at ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL and arrive approximately at 14:00. Dr. Nishizawa will lead the party. He will also assist to purchase the ticket. If you wish to join, please come to the hotel lobby before 11:00 AM.
